Inspiration
We recommend our couples to bring inspiration to the consultation. Photos of bridal gowns, invitations, color swatches, flower choices, and anything else that captures your style can inspire the cake design of your dreams. If you have created inspiration boards on Pinterest, please send us a link to your boards prior to your consultation. Your inspiration will guide us to understanding the decor for your event and allow us to create a one of a kind edible centerpiece.
The Process
Step 1: The best way to set up a tasting and consultation is to call or email us. We offer them Sundays to Thursdays Whether local or out of Province / Country couples consultations will take place by Zoom appointment. We have found them to be highly efficient and timely for our busy couples. Some details we need are your four flavour selections, budget, and design ideas to be discussed.
Step 2: Tasting & Consultation Day final details are reviewed, final design is approved and a deposit of 50% is required to save the date. Please note there is a $25 fee for a tasting box. We recommend booking your tasting box prior to your Zoom consultation, this will help support you both making your finalized choices.
Step 3: One month prior to your event date, the remaining 50% deposit is required. Based on your contract, we will arrange to drop off your cake (if applicable) at your event and make sure that it is picture perfect.
Fine Details
Each and every cake is completely customized to what your specifications are. From your initial consultation to the first moment when you slice into your beautiful wedding cake, we’re happy to work with you to finalize every last detail.
